The Ask

Help design an experience for the Earthshot winners and finalists that accelerates their growth and also creates a regenerative community of climate-era leaders.

The Output

The Earthshot Prize Fellowship Programme, a nine-month program aimed to help all the Finalists supercharge their growth by unlocking new financial, networking and partnership opportunities

The Outcome

In 2022, the Earthshot Prize formally launched the Earthshot Prize Fellowship in partnership with IDEO. All 15 eco-innovators from the current year’s cohort are taking part in the program, including a week-long in-person retreat that provides the perfect opportunity to collaborate and share their ideas for growth.
